How it works
- Answer honestly: If you cannot point to a person, document, or process quickly, choose No or Not sure.
- Core scoring: Q1-Q27 are always included in your Core Score.
- Optional modules: Advanced Ops (Waivers / BVLOS / Part 108) and cUAS (security/event readiness) score separately. For module questions, N/A is allowed and is excluded from module scoring and Fix-First.
- Fix-First ranking: Based on severity, urgency, and effort (and your answers).
- After results: You will see your Top 3 Fix-First items. The free 30-minute debrief is where we prioritize your full list, assign owners, and map a clear 30/60/90 plan.
